This is then followed by the packing stage according to the weight requested by the importer, starting from 5 kilograms, then a kilogram, or half a kilogram, and ending with a package of 200. grams, and the village of Jardo sells only dried molokhiya, while fresh green molokhiya is not their specialty.

Ahmed (25 years old) revealed that he was able to reach importers via the Internet, and he continued to gain the trust of the people, and he bought the molokhia crop from them and then processed it in all the previous stages, all the way to the export stage without the need for an intermediary, and for this reason I obtained... Global financing in the cultivation and packaging of molokhiya.

Another - the owner of an export company - confirms that his work with his partner began only a year ago, and they have already exported to Turkey, Germany and Switzerland at a lower price than what other importers pay to the villagers, hoping for the success of their project in the future at a higher price.

On the other hand, Rabie, Director of the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Agriculture, confirmed, on the same day, that the Itsa Center factory began cultivating 220 acres with what they call “muscle molokhia,” which is characterized by the fact that part of it exceeds two meters, and it has proven continuous success in various medical therapeutic preparations, and part of it has succeeded. Already, which has begun to be exported to the markets of Japan and Europe.

After that, the farmer brings the leaves, dries them, and packs them in tight paper boxes for export abroad.
